New Primary Bathroom in Old Town Marblehead

We converted an office into a new primary bathroom in a 200+ year-old house in Marblehead. The existing bathroom was in the adjacent hallway. Our design included taking the office space and the hallway and reconfiguring it into a beautiful new space.

Some notable highlights include: heated tile floors, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, Sunlighten infrared sauna, a beautiful Willow Bath & Vanity vanity, and a Signature Hardware rain shower and fixtures.

In the hallway, we added a custom built-in storage cabinet and new louvered doors for the washer and dryer.

Testimonial from our client:

“We recently did a renovation where we reconfigured the layout of part of our second floor to make a large primary bath and laundry room. Our house is 200+ years old and it was a complex project to say the least.

We were attracted to Wolfe Design Build because of the design and build concept, and we knew someone who had used them before. Having the same person design the space that is ultimately responsible for building it creates a much more seamless experience than we have had in the past, and mitigated a lot of risk.

Matt's team was experienced, personable and extremely professional. It was by far the best experience we've had with a contractor. The level of communication and professionalism was not something we've experienced before in this area. We would absolutely work with the team again!”
