How long does the design process take?
The design process typically takes about 2-6 months to complete. This includes our initial meeting with clients, through site scans, measurements, and final design approval.
Is the design free?
We charge a schematic design fee to cover the time, creativity, and detail that go into developing your custom plan. Additional design fees may apply based on the project scope and development requirements.
How far out do you book for design?
Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is secured, we typically begin the schematic design soon after. It takes about 3-4 months on average to develop the project to be ready for construction.
How far out do you book for construction?
We book out for construction about 6 months in advance. Construction begins after the design steps are complete.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the size and scope of your project. Below are typical timelines for our projects:

How do I get financing?

Do I need to move out during construction?
Typically not. Most clients remain in their homes during a home renovation with a temporary living space set up elsewhere in the house. We work with you to minimize disruption by installing dust barriers, cleaning the worksite daily, and maintaining clear walkways between project zones.
Can I supply my own material?
We handle all material sourcing for your project so you don’t have to. From countertops and tile to cabinetry and finishes, Wolfe Design Build partners with trusted vendors and manages every detail, including delivery and storage, to ensure everything arrives on time and in best condition.
