PROJECT: Wolfe Design Build renovated an existing walk-up attic into a cozy, functional and beautiful primary suite and bathroom.

Our design included relocating and rebuilding the staircase, and framing the space to create a new bedroom, hallway, bathroom, and added storage. We built new walls and custom closets, and installed new floors, insulation, custom windows, decorative light fixtures, and a shiplap accent wall.

The new bathroom has heated tile floors, new windows, and a beautifully tiled shower/tub.
