PROJECT: This Swampscott, MA, kitchen and family room renovation transformed a closed-off layout into a bright, open-concept living space designed for modern family life.

As part of this custom kitchen renovation, we removed the walls between the kitchen and family room to improve flow, functionality, and connection throughout the home. A 20-foot structural beam was installed to support the new open design while maintaining the home’s integrity.

Our clients wanted a kitchen that offered better circulation, increased storage, and a welcoming space for family gatherings and entertaining. The finished space blends warm, timeless finishes with natural wood accents, creating a cohesive design that feels both elevated and inviting.
