Swampscott Bathroom Renovation

This renovated bathroom is both calm and sophisticated, with the cream-colored tile, custom white oak vanity and warm wall color. We gutted the space down to the studs and rebuilt it to be both functional and beautiful.

The house is 100+ years old so we also added a structural beam before reframing. Some features we love are the heated tile floors (in the shower, too!), the natural light from the window and how serene all the finishes look together.
