Sunroom

What a transformation for this sunroom! We took this space down to the studs, removing the old fireplace and two layers of flooring, before rebuilding it into this stunning masterpiece.

The high-gloss “Galápagos Green” by Benjamin Moore for the custom woodwork and cabinets instantly makes a statement. Heated tile floors in a wood finish bring both warmth and texture, while new windows, insulation and a gas fireplace enhance comfort and efficiency.

The custom built-ins feature spectacular lighting from our friends at Lucia Lighting in Lynn, Mass., and the pendants and chandelier are also Lucia favorites. The picture-frame TV above the fireplace transitions seamlessly from entertainment to art. The furniture was custom made to suit the homeowner’s vision, an extraordinary finish to an extraordinary space.

Laundry and Mudroom

This mudroom underwent a complete transformation, demolished to the studs and rebuilt with both function and comfort in mind.

The new design incorporates thoughtfully planned storage, heated tile flooring for year-round comfort, and custom cabinetry that seamlessly integrates the laundry area for a clean, organized finish.
