This is a critical step in the process that allows the design to be evaluated against the local zoning by-laws which govern what can and cannot be changed on your property. Designing an addition to your specific property allows for streamlined by-right approval, which is when the proposed project conforms to all zoning and building codes.

We also have experience working with historic homes and gaining approval from special commissions in your town. We manage that entire process as well. We ensure that the design and construction of buildings comply with local building codes, regulations and zoning requirements.
