Project Manager – Residential Remodeling

- Manage high-end residential remodeling projects where your decisions directly impact the homeowner’s experience. 
- Collaborate daily with in-house designers, architects, and project managers who value teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage 2–3 active residential remodeling projects ($250k–$850k) from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction. 
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain reliable three-week look-aheads; confirm subcontractor commitments one week and two days prior; coordinate trades, inspections, and logistics. 
- Client Communication: Maintain proactive, structured communication with homeowners (weekly updates, decision tracking, and timely responses). 
- Design Team Partnership: Partner daily with our design team to align drawings, selections, allowances, procurement, and site execution. 
- Financial Tracking: Provide accurate job cost-to-complete reporting, manage change orders, and support invoicing accuracy. 
- Documentation & Closeout: Maintain job binders, daily site documentation, and closeout binders; create and fulfill punchlists. 
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining checklists, dashboards, and production systems that improve consistency and efficiency. 
Qualifications
- 10+ years of residential construction project management experience (design-build preferred). 
- Strong leadership and communication skills with trades, clients, and design team. 
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. 
- Proficient with project management software (Sage, Bluebeam, Notion, or similar). 
- Highly organized and detail oriented. 
- Full-time role requiring both in-office collaboration and daily presence on project sites.
