Kitchen & Dining Room Renovation in Swampscott

SCOPE: This project was a full kitchen remodel and included removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create an open floor plan. Updates included: new granite countertops, tile backsplash, new cabinets and sink, recessed lights, and all new appliances. The wood floors were refinished and the walls and ceilings were repainted.

“We are so happy with the results! Everything is what we wanted and more. Even though we was hesitant about redoing parts of the living room and dining room, we are glad Matt suggested we do it because it greatly improved the entire living space. I have already passed his name onto others, and I hope they select Matt to do the work on their homes.”
